The staff was supportive!

Cool and phenomenal location close enough to appointments as well as the cruise terminal, The Queen Mary and downtown, an oceanarium and restaurants were walking distance to the hotel. Also, it was about 5 minutes' drive to a retired British ocean liner.

The residence inn is in a great location, just a short walk across the bridge to a mall and great restaurants. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of hot and cold options. The outdoor pool and fitness center were also a nice touch.

We visited the Queen Mary and enjoyed the Aquarium of the Pacific, both super close. The hotel had a great breakfast selection. Just be aware that parking is $35 a night and the air conditioning can be a bit loud, but overall, we loved our stay.
